Description:OIE provides an easy-to-use user interface which enables users to quickly and painlessly edit or create images, photos or graphics. It also enables designers to create more complex graphics in a drag-and-drop environment. It dramatically reduces the time and development effort required for user to customize graphical content over traditional approaches. Supported file types include gif, jpg, png, tiff and bmp. A vast number of professional image manipulation functions are built in to make it a useful tool for both novice users and for those demanding advanced functionality and sophisticated results. -Tool bar - contains buttons and menus to access the most of the functions, contained in OIE. -Image area - displays the currently edited image. OIE support unlimited drag-n-drop of graphics/photos! -Properties bar - in this area special palettes appear, which allow you to set specific options for the currently used tools, selected layers, etc. -Zoom bar - you can use this tool to change the zoom of the displayed image. Zoom can be set either by choosing a value from the drop-down box, entering the value directly (expressed in percent), dragging the zoom track bar or by using your mouse wheel (if available). -Status bar - displays image dimensions or other status iformation about the current image. Optionally snapshot image area can be visible. OIE allows you to take a "snapshot" of what an image looked like. The shapshot can be used as a reference point to visually compare how the image was affected by manipulations. With an additional script running on the webserver the user can upload and/or edit images directly from within their Content or Website Management System using OIE. The full version of OIE contains example scripts, in both PHP and ASP format.
