Description: TicketForge is a Windows compatible program that manages communications through either a web interface or an unlimited number of email addresses. Support needs can be taken care of entirely over email, while still being logged in TicketForge's database. TicketForge tracks communications, response times and general statistics. TicketForge's many options allow the assignment of tickets by a number of methods to specific team members.
