Description: Add a completely web-based helpdesk solution to your business. Allows customer service representatives to manage customer requests and deal with issues in a timely manner, using a number of built-in tools. Includes a full featured knowledgebase for visitor or admin only viewing, secure administration and multi agent support.
Customers ask a question or request support, agents are notified via email (anywhere, anytime), when the issue is resolved the representative decides whether or not to make the issue available in the public knowledge bank.
